2. What GoonerBoxd is (and is not)

GoonerBoxd is a review and cataloguing community. We do not host, store, or distribute any video content. The catalogue consists of metadata (titles, thumbnails, tags) referencing videos hosted on third-party platforms, which remain the property of their respective owners. Links point to the original source.

3. Your content

You own the reviews, ratings, and lists you publish, and you grant GoonerBoxd a licence to display them. Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, or that identifies private individuals. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Takedown requests

If you are a rights holder, performer, or platform and want a catalogue entry reviewed or removed, use the contact information in the site footer. We respond to good-faith requests promptly.

5. No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Metadata is captured at the moment an entry is added and may become outdated. Availability of third-party content is outside our control.
